VersBesteld.nl is an initiative of Shopforce that connects consumers and suppliers with the aim of placing an order or reservation.

Shopforce adheres to the rules as stipulated in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data entered with an order or reservation is processed for the execution of the agreement between the consumer and suppliers and the financial administration.

Processing of personal data
By using our services, the following personal data is collected and/or processed:

• First name and surname
• Address data, if provided, for example with a delivery order
• Phone number, if provided
• E-mail address
• Location details
• Usage activity within the system, for example time of login
• IP address
• Internet browser and device type

Personal data for minors
It is difficult to determine the age of an online visitor with certainty. Parents are therefore advised to be involved in their children's online activities and thus prevent personal data about minors from being collected without parental consent. Use of cookies
The following types of cookies are used:

• Functional cookies: are used to ensure proper functioning of the system. For example, without these cookies it is not possible to log in and online shopping baskets or language choices do not work.
• Analytical cookies: are used to keep track of visitor numbers per page. These cookies have no consequences for the privacy of visitors.

The aforementioned types of cookies do not require the explicit consent of the user.

Use of personal data
Personal data of customers are (if applicable) processed to handle the order or reservation, to provide suppliers with customer data and to return the payment to the customer in the event that orders are not delivered. In addition, when creating an account, the personal data provided is used.

If customer service is contacted, the collected personal data will be used to answer the question or to provide support.

Inspection, correction and removal of personal data
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to view all collected personal data and, if necessary, to correct or have it removed. Please contact us via the contact information at the bottom of this page.

Retention period personal data
The personal data that are necessary for the realization of an agreement between consumers and suppliers are kept for seven years (unless a longer retention period is required for legal reasons). In this way, fiscal accountability can be made.

Sharing personal data with suppliers
Shopforce provides personal data such as details of the order/reservation, first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number and possible delivery address to the suppliers, so that the suppliers can process the placed order or reservation. Suppliers are themselves responsible for the processing of this personal data.

Sharing personal data with others
Shopforce does not sell personal data to third parties and will only provide it to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and the financial administration between the consumer and suppliers.

If required, we conclude processing agreements with companies that process personal data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of the processed personal data. Shopforce remains ultimately responsible for these processing operations.

Security of personal data
Shopforce takes the protection of personal data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. Personal Data Authority
Under the privacy law, there is the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority against the aforementioned processing of personal data. Please contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority for this.
